Hello, we am perplexing to refurbish my itunes though appear to keep using in to a section wall. we paid for an Ipod hold recently, as well as wish to sync it with my laptop. When we do the refurbish online zero seems to happen. we get a summary which says “congratulations on downloading etc….” though we do not know what I’m ostensible to do next. we have attempted opening up itunes as well as clicking on the ‘File’ drop-down menu, though the ‘Update Ipod’ choice is greyed out as well as is unavailable. Can any one benefit please? we am solemnly losing the will to live. Any benefit will be most appreciated.
