To arrange your diagnosis, just add this product to your cart and checkout as if you were placing any other order. We won't charge you for a repair until you agree the repair quote.

Once you've ordered a diagnosis, you'll receive an order confirmation with instructions on how to get your iPod or iPhone to us.

We will then deduct the diagnosis cost from any subsequent repair we carry out for you. If you don't want the repair, we can either recycle your iPod or return it to you via Recorded Delivery.
