Repaired units are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking and will require a signature on delivery. We will update you via email on your machine's progress at every stage.
Our shipping fees back to you are included in the cost of the repair and include handling and packing fees as well as packaging and postage costs. Our carrier Royal Mail offers insurance that will cover the value of your unit if lost or damaged in transit.
All deliveries will need to be signed for, if you are not at home, a card will be left with instructions on re-delivery collecting your item.
Your delivery can be tracked once it has left us, via Royal Mail's tracking system at the address here.
Customer units submitted for diagnostics that remain uncollected or have an outstanding return shipping fee, will be stored for a maximum of 6 months. For each completed week that passes a storage cost of £2.00 will apply. Once the storage cost exceeds the value of the damaged / faulty unit or after 6 months have elapsed the units will be disposed of.
