I’ve had it for utterly a whilst – about 3 or 4 years.
It doesn’t reply to anything, even plugging it in to the mains.
It used to occur to my brothers iPod, though he has given got a brand new one. Incidentally, my brother’s iPod’s assign runs out after about 10 mins now. Is this complaint – of iPods losing their opening a usual one?
